Fall is finally here! Our weeks have been so incredibly busy. Preschool has started for my daughter, along with other activities such as violin lessons and gymnastics. I love fall, because of all the fun activities and foods. We just went to a harvest festival the other day complete with haystacks, stagecoach rides, a pumpkin patch, and cider stations. Speaking of pumpkins, I am so ready for pumpkin recipes and desserts. I have already busted out our pumpkin cans and made some awesome pumpkin pancakes, as well as crafted a pumpkin with my daughter! I was craving something sweet- so whipped up these effortless Mini Turtle Pumpkin NO BAKE Cheesecakes the other day. These little pies took just minutes to make.
These pies are effortless and can be used as a healthier dessert option. Even my daughter helped me make these little pies. She had a blast! I decided to make turtle pumpkin pie, so we simply added some caramel and chocolate drizzle and a bit of crushed pecans to the top. So good. Also, these pies taste really yummy with a bit of Reddi-wip® on top!
- 8 oz cream cheese
- Dannon® Greek Yogurt; Oikos® Pumpkin Pie Greek Yogurt (2)
- Keebler® Ready Crust® Mini Graham Cracker Pie Crust
- Reddi-wip®
- Options:
- Chocolate syrup
- Caramel syrup
- Chopped pecans
- Mix the cream cheese and 2 Dannon® Greek Yogurt; Oikos® Pumpkin Pie Greek Yogurt into a large mixing bowl.
- Add the pie filling to each Keebler® Ready Crust® Mini Graham Cracker Pie Crust to the top.
- Add the chocolate syrup, caramel syrup, and chopped pecans.
- Add a generous dollop of Reddi-wip®.

The pies are easy as they only have 4 main ingredients and toppings if desired. For the pie filling, I used Dannon® Greek Yogurt Oikos® Pumpkin Pie and some cream cheese. I then mixed really well and added to the Keebler® Ready Crust® Mini Graham Cracker Pie Crust (6 count). I topped with some chocolate drizzle, caramel drizzle, chopped pecans, and a bit of Reddi-wip® Original on top. I got all my ingredients at Walmart.
Such a fun and fast dessert to make- and a bit healthier to boot! I love using greek yogurt in recipes. I am a huge fan of the health benefits of greek yogurt.
