No bake energy bites

Ingredients
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup toasted coconut
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup nut butter (I used dark chocolate peanut butter)
  • 1 cup dry oatmeal
Instructions
  1. Pour all ingredients into medium size bowl. Stir ingredients until combined. Roll into balls. Refrigerate until firm.
