Nutritious Peanut Butter Fudge Smoothie

This easy smoothie is nutritious and packed with protein, fruit, carbs and calcium. Enjoy before a long day at work or a high intensity training workout.
  • ¾ cup Silk Almond Milk
  • 3 tablespoons JIF peanut powder
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ⅓ cup cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup chopped dates
  • ½ large avocado peeled and pitted
  • 3 cups ice cubes
  1. Add Silk Almond Milk, JIF peanut powder, honey, cocoa powder, dates, and avocado to blender. Blend on medium speed for 30 seconds.
  2. Add ice cubes to blender. Blend on low for 15 seconds, then on high for 60 seconds.
  3. Enjoy!
